Howdy, Slayees! What a beautiful day to be on the internet! Just vegging out in front of the computer screen and playing some games can really take your mind off of the harsh realities of real life.

But of course, as with everything else in the world, too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. Even something as beautiful and endlessly perfect as computer gaming. I know, it's shocking. Please stop crying. Really, it's awkward and you're embarrassing me. Okay, thank you.

Recently in China, the land of opportunity, a 30-year-old gamer was playing computer games at a local internet cafe. No biggie, sounds like a good time, right?

Well here's the kicker - the guy stayed there, gaming, for three days straight. As in, he didn't get up and go home.

You may be wondering what the problem is here, may be thinking, "oh, if only I had the luxury of playing around on the computer for three days straight with no responsibilities or obligations!"

Well, I would assume that you, as a possibly intelligent human being who potentially possesses some degree of common sense, would remember that our bodies have physical needs. I would assume that you would find a way to acknowledge these necessities during your gaming binge, however unseemly your methods of doing so may appear to non-gamers.


Pride: nowhere. Dignity: long gone.

Well, that little bit of basic common sense seems to have been lost on our gamer friend from China. During his three day stay at the internet cafe, the man did not sleep at all and "barely" ate, and who knows if he even remembered to use the bathroom. His binge ended very suddenly when he fell unconscious, slipping into a coma that eventually led to his death soon after his arrival at the hospital.

He literally gamed himself to death. No word yet as to what game the man was playing, but it was probably FarmVille.
