Personally, I think this is ridiculous. I thrive on replays in my games, and if you ask me, this will just butcher sales in general.
Way to go Capcom. Way to fucking go.

That's bullshit.
I can't afford some new games sometimes, with my paycheck. I have to use the used game aisle, so I can at least keep up with the gaming world and still have some gas money.
And yet, Capcom is gonna be the first to step up and say "Lol, let's see how fast the poor people will run."
We'll run fast.

I won't be buying any of their games from now on, this is just sad. I have never owned a game that I've only played once and never wanted to replay it. It's like reading a book once and someone taking it and saying you're never allowed to read this again, unless you guy another copy of course. Seems like a company fueled by greed.

Don't freak out over this too much. I can pretty much guarantee that this isn't going to catch on. Too many people buy used games, and its going to piss everyone off if other developers try doing this too. They already overcharge people for games.
The bigger problem I think is that in the years to come, games won't be on disks anymore. They'll probably just be downloaded. The next generation on consoles will probably be the last one to support disks.
And I hate to say it, but all companies are fueled by greed. A developer is a company first and foremost, and they'll do everything they can to make the most money.

Haiku's can be fun.
But sometimes they don't make sense.
Refrigerator.

Yes. That is Stephen Colbert swinging around with Spiderman. No, I did not draw it. Some guy from Marvel did.
Cheers!!
Hope to return one day...

You know, there actually ARE people who take the replay value of games into serious consideration. Bad move on Capcom's part, but hopefully Cypher's right about this not catching on with all the backlash they're going to get.

Thanks, Jade. c:

I'd cry if I weren't able to say, reset a Pokemon game.
Bad form, Capcom... hopefully they'll learn from this and not do it anymore.
