This is just something silly I made for myself. I haven't played the game all that much, but Luigi just looks epic. A sig and avi set.

I added a striped gradient and set it to overlay.
I made a fireball from a tutorial.
I changed the color and took away the black to make it match Luigi's regular fireball.
I added the energy strips coming from it just from a special brush stroke. Changed it to color dodge and added shadows and glows to it.
Added the Luigi text in the purple color to blend it slightly.

Critique if you wish, but it was more for fun. Not probably gonna do much with it now.

The colors aren't my favorite, but that's me personally. Nice work. :)
