Hey, it's Jade. So... I don't know an easy way to put this... I know you guys know about Fragmented Memories, and I know at least one of you (I won't say who publicly) is on our boards under a different username... Now... I just want to say that if this particular person is just there to have a good time on our forum, that's cool. I'd actually really like that. But I don't want to feel like you guys are spying on us, which is what I can't help but think with the whole new username.

I don't really care what you guys think of us personally. I know we've done some things to be generally disliked by this community. That's fine. I really don't want to be part of it any more anyway. I don't want to feel like I have to tip-toe around TKK whenever I get on the internet... Fragmented Memories is a site that the other administrators and I put a lot of team effort and time to build, and we would love it if all of you joined to have a nice time, without the secret user names and what not. We deserve a chance to make our community work without you guys making secret accounts under different user names to spy on us... or bad mouth us to other TKK members... It's gotten to a point where this is just redonk.

I won't deny that FM has a history with TKK just for the fact that our entire staff was or is part of this community. I just hope that everyone here accepts that we're now two different boards. I don't want us to be affiliated with one another OR compete with one another. Just... Two different sites a person can go to....

Sir, you'll have to clarify as to what the hell pre` tell you're talking about O_o I mean, I get it if you'd prefer people didn't I suppose 'hide their true identity'... But I can assure you that there's no TKK plot to "Spy" on your forum. And in that same vein, I couldn't really say that people are necessarily obligated, so to speak, to identify themselves as "So-and-so from TKK". I mean, I can't really see it as a moral, or for that matter any other kind of problem if I just chose to go to a forum under the name LIKESTOSPOOGE11!!1 or something and just go about my business.

Along with agreeing with Ashura on the whole, "We don't have to identify ourselves" shtick, I do have to ask...why do you care if we "spy" on you? Unless they're trolling you, it doesn't really affect your forum in any way. I mean, I guess you're trying to wave a white flag here, but really, people are going to do what they want. If you don't like it, just block their accounts.

And on a personal note, I find myself wondering...What are you attempting to accomplish here? I mean, there is the obvious, "Get a community, post topics, and all around good times" reason, but in case you've lived under a rock for the last year and a half, forums without strong parent sites themselves are kinda dead. This place is struggling to stay afloat and keep members, so I'm wondering how you guys are going to counteract that when your forum is essentially ours with different colors? That's not a crack at you or the board, I'm just honestly curious

I don't feel like playing this game where people debate the technicalities of what might or might not be going on, because it always ends up in a pointless argument that gets us nowhere. The bottom line is people don't need to be going around pretending to do or be things with any sort of prerogative or agenda, that's bringing in old drama that is unnecessary. It's what's happening, whether you acknowledge it or not.

Well, in a less douchey way, frankly, there's not really much that can be done if someone wants to register under a different user name and post... Unless you're just going to ban IP's left and right. I mean, personally, I've nothing invested in this conversation and could give two shits either way. I'm just trying to get some context here and understand how it's detrimental to your progress as a website. Really, in short, it pains me to say this but:

Speaking of drama, I really don't see this thread doing anything other than stirring some up. If you have an issue with someone, why not take it up with them privately rather than come here and make it into a public affair? I assure you that there is no big EVIL TKK CONSPIRACY to stalk your site. I'm going to lock this before it has a chance to get any worse. You got your point across, please don't bring your website's drama here again.
