Just a note that the Legendary Beasts (Raikou, Entei and Suicune) are being given away at Gamestop this month!

They're all shiny, and trigger the Zoroark event in Black and White.

Raikou is being given away from January 3rd- 9th

Entei from the 17th-23rd

and Suicune from January 31st to February 6th.

ALSO

Tory R Us stores are giving away Ash's Pikachu from January 30th to February 5th.

There's no in-game event related to it or anything, but it's at lvl 50 and comes with a Light Ball. It also knows Volt Tackle, Iron Tail, Quick Attack and Thunderbolt.

AND

Gamestop is doing another giveaway in February.

Celebi will be given away from February 27th to possibly March 5th.

This Celebi will be capable of unlocking the time travel event in HeartGold and SoulSilver.



Note: these distributions are available for all 5 Generation 4 games, so if you've got them all, you can get 5 of all these pokemon.

Well, there's a Toys R Us RIGHT by one of the Gamestops, so if I can make it to one, I can make it to the other. I'll be kind of furious if I can't get to the Suicune event, though. That's the one I REALLY want.

Apparently, they're giving people another chance to get the shiny legendaries, over wifi this time instead of in store. I doubt they'll let you get two on the same game, but this is awesome news for anyone who missed one, like me.

Raikou ends tomorrow. Entei goes from Feb 14-Feb 20. Suicune is from Feb 21-Feb 27.

Just a reminder, the Celebi distribution ends tomorrow.

also, with Black and White coming out tomorrow, the first wifi event for the 5th gen games begins. The Liberty Ticket item is available over wifi and will allow you to capture Victini. (Don't know if it's a battle or just an event in-game.)

Good thing I have Joel to tell me about these things. I missed out on sooo many HGSS events because I didn't even know they existed.

But for the BW event do we need to be at Gamestop or is it just one of those regular events?

The Victini event?

It's over wifi, so you can download it at any time over the internet for like the next month or something.
