Take the pants off (underwear included). Run down the streets and find the nicest dressed person out there, this will be easier without the pants on, because you'll be more aerodynamic, not to mention lighter and freer in movement. Once of you've located your target (look for nice suits, shiny watches, and Blackberries, bonus points if somebody is wearing a tuxedo or comparable female clothing, for best effect, find someone wearing a wedding dress) you must get close enough to place the pants on their head. Then proceed to cry out "HE/SHE SHIT THEIR PANTS LOLZ WHAT A LOSER" and run away.
