Obviously, mega spoilers, as these are the very ends of their stories, as well as the secret ending that is supposed to tie them all together. Sorry, no sound for Aqua and Ven- will replace when we get ones with sound.

- Destiny Islands...

Sora and Riku are returning home.
Riku: Sora, what's wrong?
Sora is confused, but Riku points out that he's crying. They wonder why, and Riku theorizes that perhaps someone from a distant world needs his help.
Riku asks Sora to try to speak to the person in pain trying to contact him. Sora says "It sounds complicated, but I'll give it a try."

- Scene cut to Ventus in the Chamber of Waking...

Sora's voice: Can you hear my voice?

- Scene cut to the Radiant Garden...

Ansem the Wise: Are you okay? What's your name?
Formerly Terra: ... Xehanort.
Ansem the Wise: I understand... You - Take that one over there (gestures toward Aqua's empty armor and Keyblade)

- Scene cut to the Realm of Darkness

Aqua has lot track of just how long she's been wandering through the Realm of Darkness.
Darkside Heartless are summoned and she arms herself. "It may just be better to be swallowed by darkness..." and disarms herself.
Terra and Ventus' Keyblade rescue.
Aqua: After all this time in the Realm of Darkness... I forgot how to smile.
Remembering her friends, she says to herself "We're connected."

- Credits... And then scene cut to somewhere that looks like the Station of Awakening

Ven's "heart?": When I was alone in the darkness... someone heard me. The light embraced me, and I found myself in a nostalgic place. While we weren't born at the same time, we share the same soul. I won't be able to see anyone as long as I'm asleep. (Jade mentioned that he misstranslated a line, and the correct translation is "I was born inside you the moment I fell asleep." I'm not sure which line was the incorrect one though)
Sora: Are you lonely?
Ven: If we become one, I won't be.
Sora: If it keeps you from being lonely...
Ven: Thank you.
Ven's heart or soul or whatever goes inside Sora. Yay!

Is it me or are all the endings in this game depressing? I'm glad I don't have a PSP, I would be heartbroken if I finished this and saw all those dreary endings.

Last night, when the videos were JUST getting released, everyone was calling that the secret ending. This is much much more interesting. We'll get a hold of Jade to translate it for us asap! :D

And I agree Brandon. Could Nomura have thought of ANYTHING more corny for Vanitas? Jesus.

I know, I died when I saw that scene! Because it was in the Ansem Reports and we read all about it, and now we get to see it. It's pretty much like the beginning of the KH story, in a way. Like the beginning of the main bad guy.

What's confusing about that? Xehanort has it. The Chamber of Repose is in the Radiant Garden castle. It seems obvious how it got there to me.

What I'm really confused about is Braig and Terranort. How much does Braig know about Terranort? How much does Terranort know about himself in the Secret Ending scene, with them in the halls of RG castle?

I would say that Xehanort really doesn't have any memories, like we assumed, but he is still subconsciously Master Xehanort.

There weren't many signs to suggest otherwise, and it does seem that Xemnas knows more about his past than he lets on. It could be that Xemnas is the only post-Birth by Sleep Xehanort who retains his memories.
