Xemnas's motives for finding the Chambers?

I'm not sure if this is in the right section, but Ill put it here since it has at least a little to do with BbS, since we find Aqua's armor in the Room of Repose.

So we all know Xemnas desperately wanted (wants?) to find the Room of Repose and Room of Awakening, but why? If Xehanort is indeed Terra and is looking for Aqua and Ven in the Chambers to be reunited with them again, I don't think that would make sense. Xemnas is a Nobody, he feels no emotions, so he can't be looking for them because he misses them or whatever.

So what are his true reasons for searching for the Chambers? Please post your thoughts.

She didn't create it. She transformed the remains of Land of Departure. I'm guessing that what Eraqus' voice (or what I'm assuming is his voice) is saying as she does it explains how this works, or something.

But like I said its a theory so I don't know and also its hard to become a Keyblade Master, maybe the world creation has limits like you can only do it once or something.
