Well, you had to get here somehow. As the title says, how did you come across TKK?

I was searching for some information about KH2, and found this forum. I registered to talk about KH with other fans, and here I still am three years later. XD

I was also hunting for Kingdom Hearts II information. I had just started playing the first two games a few months beforehand, so everything was fresh in my mind and I was stoked for the sequel.
So of course, I Google for some information, find a couple fansites, and then I found this forum. Joined, went on/off for a while, and now I'm here to stay.

Yes I was actually looking for a walk-through of the first game and for some reason this site came up on google and I liked the way it sounded. 8)

Kinda the same here 5 years ago after finishing KH1 I was soo excited about the secret ending I went to google to see about the next KH and well..never left

You can blame A_T for me. She was the one who told me about it XD.

I was actually in a phase where I was joining forums for no reason really. Just to talk I suppose, I had never heard of things like myspace or bebo. Actually, I believe that those sites were fit for who I was back then. But nooo, I found this site, started up a ruckus and ruined some of your lives, etc.

after KK_S found this place, he bugged me for like a week and i finally joined... all there is to it really.

I found this place hunting for places to theorize about KHIII after replaying KHII again one time. I came here, and posted almost exclusively in the KHIII section to theorize. (Who remembers me and Nysha's days as minimod, lol?) I never left.

Seriously, this is the only forum I ever posted in, and I mean EVER where I stayed long enough to be remembered by other members at all, where my posts hit the triple digits, or where I was able to really make a mark of anything.

Looking for a walk-through for the original KH. Other then that I don't remember much.

I was looking for a place to theorise on KH2 based on the Rikku Roxas fight trailer. Google randomness ... yeah and I ended up here.

When I got the first game I was looking around for walkthroughs and exploring people's tips written in various forums. This site came up eventually and I liked all the information it had about news, opinions, theories (yes I remember that, Sophos XD ) and such in all the active (lol and quite "colorful") topics. I remained a lurker and a rarely posting guest for over a year. Then I was forced to register once guests could no longer post in or view the forum threads. Yeap. First forum I ever joined too.

My TKK discovery story is pretty much identical to Strax and Becky's. I started playing the games, went online for info, and found this place...it'll be 3 years come what, next month?

EDIT- yup, just barely 1 month from now...and where are my beloved stars? T_T

I haven't seen a mod for that for IPB. If I see one, I'll be sure to add it.

Anyway, my story starts off similar to everyone else's.

I was a young sixth grader who was working on beating KHI after playing it for a year or so, and I went online to look for info, and found out about the secret trailer. I browsed around and found gamespy and noticed that they had tons of imgs and such, and started collecting. Then one day when I went to the gamespy Kh page, i realized they had a site dedicated to Kingdom Hearts!

I clicked and was in The Kingdom Key - Your source for all Kingdom Hearts knowledge...or something like that.
Anyway, I read the newsposts and such and one such newspost was -Voodoo- talking about a couple of members writing a KH fic as a collaboration: Spongebob and Ragnarok. I went in the forums and began reading it. Naturally I commented. Keep in mind, I was this lame sixthgrader so my post loooked something like this:

THIS STORY ROCKSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(not kidding about the ammount of exclamation marks.)

I noticed a guy named shadow, and I liked the ring to the name, but to make it more "mine" I decided to go with Shadowman.

I posted again, and I still remember my first typo

"hey spongebob, it's me you knok the this story rockss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! guy. can I write for this story too?"

Those exclamation points stretched out and screwed up the formatting of the page- I deleted some.

The year was 2004, I was on a Chrono Trigger website on the gamespy network and suddenly a bright green banner for TKK appeared before me. Because I love the color green and I had loved the game Kingdom Hearts I clicked on the banner. I was taken to the TKK main page which at the time was regularly updated by Voodoo and his associated. I saw that they had a forum and I decided to join.

I was looking for info on the enigmatic Final Mix. My Dad helped me sign up for this forum. Thanks Dad.

I was honestly just looking for a new place to post. The two other forums I used to frequent had people that were getting on my nerves a bit, so I was typing in all different words to find a new place to post. I typed in Kingdom Hearts and found TKK. I posted a bit on the first forums but when they switched over to phpBB, that's when I really started to post.
